All whole bean coffee sales are final since coffee is a perishable product, and we’re unable to accept returns once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund. For non-coffee merchandise like mugs or apparel, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days as long as items are unused and in their original condition.
